It was super busy but It
was a good week!! All of our investigadors have decided that they wanted to go
on vacatin...but you know. theres no time for that hahaha but they will all
come back. We have Ruben! He doesnt have a real leg and is afraid to be
baptised but is soooo excited! ! He will get baptised on the 19th if all goes
well. He has had a life that wasnt the easiest and always says that he wishes
he knew the gospel 30 years ago because he knows he would ahve been more happy.
This gospel is the key to happiness!
I went on divisions to Las
Flores, my first area. That area is just full of love!!! I saw Carlos and Pablo
and they both want to serve a mission! they are the peeople who i taught and
were baptised there. I love the mission!!! this is my last full week and im so
sad but i know that there is much more!!
love you all and ill write

His wife is a a member and

and has been praying for a long time for this day!!!
Anna came to church! She’s
from Honduras and lives here with her husband. She hasn’t really been part of a
church and loved it! she is sooo prepared to hear the gospel! the sad news is
that she leaves this week till after Christmas...but the missionaries will
continue when she gets home!!!
i love this work. i love
the atonement. I get to be a better person every day!!

SWEET BLESSINGS
HOLAAAAWell this week was great!!
Edgar, the investigator from las flores, is getting baptised this week! His wife is a member and they are seriously so different than a year ago. you can just see the joy they have in their eyes now. He is truly a changed man and im so happy to be apart of this right now. Im so blessed that the Lord let me begin this process and see how the Lord changes people.
Also, the amazing couple that came to church a couple weeks ago are sooo great!! They accepted a baptism date and everything!! They are starting out their family and have seen a huge change in their relationship since they have been listening to us.
We also have Ruben. He has 68 years and is still going! He is the one with the ruins in his backyard. He is afraid of dying and wants to change his life and find the right path, Hes just impatient for his answer. But he is so great!! He just wants to be a great disciple of Christ. He has a dog who is always chomping to look for us. I love it!
I feel like I've never worked harder. I feel like every day the lord blesses me more and more. I love this work!!!

NOVEMBER 9TH, 2015 Porta Potys exist here too
Well this week was great!! lots of traveling. we went to xela for our leaders conference and that was 3 hours in bus. so i had some stomach issues and it was a horrible feeling. when we finally got to the bus stop at 7 at night i run over to the gas station looking for a bathroom...they had an old porter potty. i was desperate hahahaahaha
ookay the next day we went to an aldea of my area called tamilche. that's where all the photos are from. we met some less actives there and woke up at 5 to climb the mountian. it was fun! hahaha but its hard to work in aldeas cause no one will travel to go to church.
We then went to colotenango for our zone meeting and its liek a jungle out there! its closer to Mexico and its gorgeous!!!
both of the families wee are teaching are progressing weel!!! we had an amazing lesson with someone named jasmina who has three kids and is a singlemom. she says she just wants the truth and is so confused by all the hurches. the spirit was so strong in the lesson and she said she is going to pray to see if joseph smith was a prophet. every time we recite the first vision the spirit is sooooo strong. i cant even explain it. the spirit and the mosquito's were in this lesson and seh really opened her heart.
in Consuelo president talked about Galatians 5 25. we should think about if we are walking by the spirit or if we are living by the spirit. as members of the church we have the gift of the holy ghost. are we using it always?? we have the right to have it as a guide always and we should use it always.
love you
con amor

MIRACLES NEVER GET OLD
HOLAAA
so first off. one of our new investigators casually has uncovered ruins in his backyard. we explained that that was proof that there were people here on the american continent during the time of Jesus Christ hahaaha i love livign in the land of the Book of Mormon!!
Moving on. my new area. la victoria. the mosquitos followed me. COOOL. ni modo. So about a year ago when i was in my first area (which is across the street of my new area) i taugth a members husband. he didnt want anything. i was sad. a year later i come back .and who has a baptism date?? HIMMMM!!! THE SAME FAMILY1! the wife was so excited to see me! but i am sooo thankful to our heavenly father for giving me this chance!!!
So this week has been tought, but we got a great miracle. On saturday night, we contacted a couple. they accepted the invitation to church. that doesnt normally happen. like ever. hahahaah we went to there house on sunday morning and they werent home and as we walked away the wife comes running after us and said thta they got locken in their house hahaah but they came to church and loved it! they told everyone that they would see them the next sunday! ahhh! they have a cute little baby of 2 months!!! anyways we taught them later and they accepted baptism dates. during this time that we found them we were fasting to find a family. fasting is real. this isnt the first time it has worked. The lord answer prayers. he loves us.
i am soo grateful for my mission. it is everything. i love it. i love it. i love it. I love the Savior and i Know that He lives. He loves me. and he loves you.
love you all

OCTOBER 26, 2015 - HOLA
HOLAAA
Ya i wish there was another word for hey here, but
only hola!!! or Buena’s dias but ya okay moving one.
so i was soooooooo sure that i was staying in my new
area. I just got here 6 weeks ago!!! My comp was called to train a new sister
so I assumed she would leave and open an area. She took pictures with the
members and said bye to all of them. i told them i was probably staying so not
to worry. well. the lord is probably laughing because I have changes hahaa
after all of that! she will be staying and I’m going to another part of Huehue.
SAd day. but im excited!! Now we are Hermana leaders over 12 Hermana’s!! we had
6 before so im pretty stressed hahah but I’m excited to get to know a new area!
my new companion is from Peru and has about 7 months in the mission I believe.
We have changes tomorrow. But i have officially started my last change in the
mission. 6 weeks to loose the world and find a family to take to the temple!!
So in Bougambilias...where i was before this area...we
found a family and
were teaching them. I just discovered that they are
progressing and came to church!! IM so excited!! And the menosactiva from
bougambiliias that we helped reactivate has a calling and everything!!! Its the
best feeling to see the fruits of the work of the Lord. I am so grateful!!
We have a baptism in two weeks that I don’t get to
see, of Manuel who i told you about last week. I’m bummed i wont be there but I
know that he is truly a changed man! He is a different person!! its amazing to
see how the gospel changes people.
I was reading in Alma 37 this morning. It was so
great! It talked about how when Lehi and his family were using the Liahona, it
stopped working when they lost their faith and diligence. I need to keep my
faith and diligence if I want to see the work of the Lord in this last change.
I am soo excited and grateful to represent the Lord and His church. We need to
always be faithful and diligent in the things of the Lord if we want to see the
blessings.
Love you all
